- I offer FULL SELLER REPRESENTATION for 2% plus Buyer’s Agent Commission (usually 3%). Most companies charge 6% for the same service.
- If I sell your home without another agent involved, I will waive the 2% listing fee and accept only the Buyer’s Agent commission of 3%.
- I will manage the transaction including showings, contract preparation & closing.
- You may cancel at any time prior to the acceptance of a contract to purchase.
- No fees are due until I have successfully sold your home.
- Your home will be in the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) and on numerous real estate web sites
- I will showcase your home as a "Featured Property" on my website www.mattvr.com.
- I offer an exclusive 1-800 number on signs and marketing materials to increase your odds of selling for no additional charge
- Use me to find your next home and I will provide my Buyer Rebate to reduce your costs at closing.
