Artist Gretchen Norwalk drew the caricature that you see here, but  because working with a realtor is such a personal and important relationship, I thought you might like to know a bit more about the “real” me.

The key benefit I offer my clients is experience. I’ve been in sales and marketing for almost 40 years with 25 years as a real estate agent. I have successfully assisted hundreds of clients in Northern Colorado with their home selling and buying needs.

I came to Fort Collins in 1972 and, quite honestly, I can’t imagine being anywhere else! I’m a Colorado State University alum who carved out a career in sales and marketing, remaining here to backpack, fish, ski and enjoy the incredible quality of life this region affords.

Matt is an avid telemark skier.

We raised two sons here, and my parents retired here. This gives me invaluable perspective on the schools, communities, businesses, services, cultural events, and recreational opportunities available all along the northern Front Range.

Although the kids are now grown, I continue to enjoy the benefits of living in Larimer County with all it has to offer for a full and satisfying life. But enough about me. I’m eager to assist you in any way I can!
